Join us (virtually) on October 21 for a spooktacularly, family-friendly Trivia competition filled with a variety of trivia questions and fun!  Halloween costumes are encouraged for teams--even if you are in the comfort of your own home!

Our partner, Food Lifeline, is working hard to feed people experiencing hunger today and working to solve hunger for tomorrow. Food justice - the belief that everyone has a human right to equitably access the nutritious and culturally relevant food that enables them to thrive - is a foundation of their work.

During the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, 40% of all food bank clients were first time visitors.  The need for food assistance doubled, and in some communities, tripled.  Today, 1 in 10 people are food insecure in our state.  For children, that number is 1 in 7.

When you join us for Trivia Night, you ensure that Food Lifeline is able to…

• Source and distribute 88 million pounds of nutritious food annually...much of which would have otherwise gone to waste
• Expand its agency network into underserved communities
• Provide the equivalent of 197,000 meals every day for kids, families and seniors experiencing hunger across western Washington
• Source culturally relevant food for immigrant and refugee communities
• Minimize impossible trade offs for neighbors, like choosing between buying groceries or paying rent
