Go All In for Food Lifeline at The Kick Hunger Challenge Celebrity Poker Tournament!

Ticket Price:       $300

• Ticket includes dinner catered by Seastar and John Howie Steak, cocktails from Chef Howie’s distillery, Wildwood Spirits Co. and beer from his 10-barrel brewery at Beardslee Public House. The evening will also include a silent auction and a whiskey tasting featuring 15 whiskeys from around the world.

• The poker tournament will by played in the Texas Hold ‘Em style following standard rules. Players will receive a voucher to participate and will play for a chance to win prizes, including travel and dining packages.

• Appearing celebrities will include current and former Seattle Seahawks, former Seattle Supersonics, local television and media personalities and other famous faces from around the area.  

About the Taste of the NFL’s Kick Hunger Challenge:

• The Taste of the NFL’s Kick Hunger Challenge is a friendly fundraising competition between all 32 NFL teams to raise money for food banks nationwide.

   

• The Seattle team’s charitable beneficiary, Food Lifeline, is Washington State’s largest hunger relief network that stocks the shelves of nearly 275 local food banks, meal programs and shelter. For every dollar raised, Food Lifeline is able to provide five nutritious meals to those in need in Western Washington.

Chef John Howie and former Seahawk Craig Terrill lead the Seattle Seahawks fundraising team. In the last four years, the Kick Hunger Challenge has raised $375,000 for Food Lifeline – or 1,875,000 meals for those in need around Western Washington.
