Aaron Tekulve

Chef and Owner of Surrell

Specializing in Modern Pacific Northwest Cuisine, Chef Aaron Tekulve has become a standout in Seattle’s culinary scene. With a background working with Seattle’s top chefs, Chef Aaron developed his restaurant Surrell with a mission: to create delicious food by following a few simple rules: always work within the season you are in, work with as many local farms and local distributors as possible and above all else always make it delicious. In 2019 Surrell was named by Seattle Magazine’s Best pop-up restaurant. In 2021 Surrell’s wine bar was named by Seattle Magazine’s Best wine bar. In 2022 Surrell was named one of Wine Enthusiasts Top 50 Best Restaurants in America.

 

Trinh Nguyen

Chef and Owner of Ramie and Ba Sa

In a town known for excellent Vietnamese cooking, Chef Trinh Nguyen’s restaurants, co-owned and run with her brother Thai, have quickly become local favorites Ba Sa opened in September of 2019 on Bainbridge Island. The modern Vietnamese restaurant, revered for its use of local products, has become a destination for both locals and visitors. Opened in May of 2024, Ramie showcases Vietnamese cuisine reimaged and elevated, as well as an innovative dessert and cocktail program. Ramie was named one of Seattle Met’s “Best New Restaurants of 2024.” 

 

Preeti Agarwal

Chef and Owner of Meesha and Kricket Club

Chef Preeti Agarwal, an Indian chef born and raised in Uttar Pradesh, India, is on a quest, with her restaurants Meesha and Kricket Club, to re-invent the perception of Indian food in Seattle. Through her work in food, she creates and shares traditional Indian dishes with exciting flavors and ingredients that are reflective of her upbringing and heritage. Kricket Club was named one of “Seattle’s Top South Asian Restaurants” by Eater and among “The Best Indian Food in Seattle” by Seattle Met.

 

Joshua Hart

Executive Chef of the Cedarbrook Lodge

Our host chef for Savor, Chef Joshua Hart leads the team at the Cedarbrook Lodge and their signature Copperleaf Restaurant and Bar. Driven by the bounty of our region, their team is committed to sustainable practices and bringing the best of the season to the table. Chef Joshua hand selects products from small local farms, fishermen, ranchers and artisans as well as ingredients from Cedarbrook’s own on-site chef's garden. 

 

Christina Wood

Chef and Owner of Temple Pastries

If anyone in Seattle knows pastry, it’s Chef Christina Wood, Chef and Owner of Temple Pastry. First starting with a croissant pop up business, Temple Pastries has quickly grown to be one of Seattle most loved bakeries, earning itself on several local foodies must-visit lists, and will be featured in Chef Christina’s first ever cookbook coming out later this year. Temple Pastries has made it onto “the Best Bakeries in Seattle” List by Eater and The Infatuation, and one of “the best Croissants in Seattle” by Seattle Magazine.
